Yes. Addis Ababa is the primary service area. FAMILY provides residential moving, commercial and office relocation, packing, crating and move-related cleaning in the city.
Yes, confirmed inter-city routes are part of the service. Adama, Hawassa, Bishoftu and Sululta are listed service areas. Other destinations should be checked before booking.
Packing is one of FAMILY’s core services. The exact materials, fragile-item protection and any crating requirements are confirmed according to the belongings and the agreed quote.
Yes. Move-out cleaning, move-in cleaning, or both can be coordinated when they are included in the agreed service scope. Cleaning is also the third part of FAMILY 3-in-1.
FAMILY 3-in-1 combines packing, moving and cleaning in one coordinated service. It is designed for customers who would rather manage one relocation plan than arrange separate packers, movers and cleaners.
Yes. Commercial and office relocation is part of the service offering. The move should be planned around furniture, files, equipment, access and any items that need special handling.
Fragile items can be included, but they should be identified before the job. The appropriate packing and protection method depends on the item, size, value, shape and transport conditions.

No. FAMILY operates as a service-area business and does not currently maintain a walk-in customer office. Quotes, assessments, scheduling and services are coordinated directly with customers.
Earlier is better, particularly for larger homes, office relocations and inter-city moves. A requested date is only confirmed after FAMILY reviews the job and schedule.
A quote can depend on distance, volume, property access, packing requirements, special handling, the number and type of items, and any cleaning required. FAMILY does not publish unverified fixed prices for every move.
Furniture placement or reassembly should be confirmed as part of the quote. Do not assume it is included unless it appears in the agreed service scope.
Protection terms can vary by job. FAMILY only states insurance or valuation coverage when it has been confirmed for the specific service. Ask for any applicable protection terms in writing before booking.
